Proceed with Transcription: Users confirm their choices and proceed to start the transcription process.

Memory Limitations and Browser Crashes:
Our movie transcription service uses advanced technology, but larger files may encounter browser memory limits, leading to occasional crashes. We're actively working on improvements.
Server Processed Files and User Profiles:
If a crash occurs, don't worry. All transcriptions are securely stored and accessible from your user profile. Log in and check the menu to find your completed transcriptions.
Maximum Duration:
Media files longer than 4 hours cannot be processed.

Unfortunately, your Chrome-based browser cannot extract audio from large files.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but our service cannot rip audio from video files larger than 2 GB using FFmpeg WASM. This is because Chrome has a limit on the size of files that can be loaded into memory for WebAssembly modules, which is the technology that FFmpeg WASM uses to run in the browser. If the file exceeds this limit, it will not be loaded properly and the audio extraction will fail.

Possible solutions:

You can try using another browser that supports WebAssembly and has a higher memory limit Firefox & Safari are tested and working with larger files.
You can rip the audio track by yourself with free software like:
- Pazera Free Audio Extractor: A Windows-only software that can extract audio from various video formats and save it as MP3, AAC, WMA, FLAC, OGG or WAV.
- VLC Media Player: A cross-platform multimedia player that can play and convert various video and audio formats. It can also extract audio from video files and save it as MP3, FLAC or other formats.
- Filmora9:A video editing software that can also extract audio from video files and enhance the sound quality. It supports various video and audio formats and has many audio effects and tools.
- Audio Converter: An online audio extraction tool that can extract audio from video files and save it as MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC or other formats. It's very slow but works on any browser.
